A man with a rapier lays in the middle of the arena and appears to be sleeping. As you enter the crowd cheers your name and yells at you to kill the disrespect who is attempting to sleep during the match.

[Elliott the Undying]

Elliott flourishes his blade for the crowd and approaches the slumbering man cautiously stopping about 30 feet away. Elliott had baited his last two opponents into approaching him first, and he wasn't going to fall for his own trick. If he hasn't been told that it is against the arena rules, Elliott throws his instant fortress cube at the man and speaks the command word to deploy it with his foe in its area.

[Elliott the Undying]

Looks like this one possesses a good deal of skill unlike his last opponent. Rapier: quick and accurate, but not a devastating weapon. Elliott just might lose some blood in this match, but not much. Elliott readies himself for combat. This new guy might be fast, but Elliott was certain he was faster.

The man doesn't bother getting ready to fight. He simply walks over to the wall of the arena and leans up against it. He begins to look at his fingers with intrigue.

So it was a plan to make Elliott look like the fool. Playing a game of cat and mouse where the mouse stays just outside the cat's claws. The mouse didn't know he was in the arena with a tiger with an iron heart and a diamond mind. He wishes he'd bothered to master the Lightning Throw maneuver. Elliott deactivates his fortress and stashes it in his pocket again. He approaches the fencer switching his stances to dancing blade form and supreme blade parry. He stops 10 feet away knowing he could reach his opponent from there. He prepares his standard attack action, "Enjoying your time in the spotlight, little mouse?"

The man looks up at you and pulls his rapier up into his hand. Then he throws his arms out with a smile across his face. "What's wrong Elliott? Are you not entertained?"

[Elliott the Undying]

When the Little Mouse draws his rapier, Elliott uses his prepared action and swings his sword for a disrupting blow. "NO!"

[Elliott the Undying]

While he's stunned, Elliott nonchalantly takes his rapier out of his hand (or off the ground) and any other weapons he's carrying. He moves back to 10 feet, flourishes the rapier in his off hand, smiles, and shouts to the crowd while laughing heartily, "NOW I AM ENTERTAINED! WHAT A CUTE TOY YOU HAVE!" He sets his bastard sword and prepares a standard attack action while staring him dead in the eyes.

When the man comes too. He watches you wave around his Rapier. "Oh, I see we are playing this game are we!" He flicks his wrist and a rapier shaped medalion detaches from his bracelet and becomes an actual rapier in his hand. "Well then sir, unguard!" He returns your look dead to eye.

[Elliott the Undying]

This man had done it. He had surprised Elliott. Elliott flourishes his bastard sword and switches the swords in his hands. He took out the last opponent on his own territory, and the crowd would want to see if he could take this one out too. Elliott never bothered to learn how to use a rapier. He pretended it was a longsword that could only lunge. His bastard sword was always there to parry, stun, or kill if he needed it. Elliott smiles, "With pleasure, Little Mouse." Elliott stays 10 feet away just out of his opponent's reach with a standard action prepared. If his opponent tried to run, the bastard sword would stun. If his opponent approached to fight, the bastard sword would parry and the rapier would stab.

The man gives a smile.  You hear people shouting at you from the audience.  "Kill him already!" Another person shouts.  "Sned theat annoying bastard to the nine hells!" The man in front of you finally speaks.  "Well now, it appears that they don't like me very much, that's a shame." He studies your position and his smile becomes wider.  Then in a purple blast of light he appears behind you and thrusts at you with his rapier.

Elliott was surprised to see him disappear, but had an inkling of where he'd show up. He feels the rapier clink off of his armor and turns around to stab at his foe several times with his own rapier.
