[Elliott the Undying]

Elliott lands Layla's carpet in front of the gates and enters the city on foot. He doesn't want the guard getting flustered that someone's sneaking into the city. He asks the guards where a good place to plant fliers would be and if there's any legal limits on where he is allowed to put them.

The guards point out a board just inside the gate where you can put up fliers. They also mention places beside the other gates of the city and near the town hall.

Elliott puts fliers at every entrance and near the town hall. He finds a few bards and tells them various stories about his time in Semphar. He exits the city before getting back on the carpet and going to find Carly.
