Elliott takes out his map. "It's only a recruitment flyer. Once we're open for business, we'll take advertisement fliers to further cities. For now Carly and I will go to Marsember and Hilp. If you want to visit Teziir, Layla, here are a few to stick up." Elliott climbs on the carpet with Carly and flies off toward Marsember. "You see anything that would look good stuffed in the guild, feel free to hop off. Try not to butcher it too badly. I'll fly back and pick you up once I'm done." They talk about training methods on the way there specifically how beating someone up over and over is not good training.

After flying for around 40 minutes Carly finally jumps off into the tree's with her axe raised high yelling "Found something!" You continue flying in loneliness until you reach Marsember.

You arrive back at the guild hall with Carly and look around. Everything appears to be furnished to your specific outline and you don't see any immediate problems.

Elliott lowers the portcullises and activates the summoning stones one by one, defeating every monster summoned to test their difficulty. (If you want to do the fight with the fiendish dire tiger and the fiendish gargantuan monstrous scorpion, we can. They're too low to give XP, so I'm assuming Elliott steamrolls them.) He kills 2 bearded devils for the whimsy. He slices his forearm while standing on the healing pad to test it, and drinks deeply from the everfull basin simply to see it replenish. After punching a few of the training dummies, Elliott checks on the portal to Layla's plane. He goes and gets the black dragon head he stashed there and puts it on the wall behind his chair. He helps Carly display her hydra heads in whatever manner she wishes. He walks through the barracks, running his fingers over the stone walls and hay beds envisioning his men as they rest from his training. He chuckles while imagining what they'd say about him behind his back after hard training sessions. He'd probably said similar things in Semphar when he was first training. It seemed like an age ago, and it was. He reflects on teaching as he strolls through each barrack. How was he going to lead these men when he'd been the follower of the contract his whole life? He would have to learn how to teach from his men without betraying his own inexperience to them. He visits the other inhabitants of his hall, bidding them goodnight and giving opportunity for conversation if they wished. He reads his book for half an hour or so before fiddling with the shuttered everburning torch to turn it off and making a mental note to get practice swords and heavy rocks tomorrow morning before falling asleep.

Elliott wakes up the next day to his busy work schedule of hiring servants, getting rocks, practice swords and other various tasks that need to be completed. Layla greets you when you wake and has some biscuits and honey ready to eat.

"Layla, you're the best." Elliott eats the breakfast. He asks Layla to make him a large pillar of stone with the lute while he's gone. He goes to pay his 100,000 to the construction company, he goes to a woodworker to commission 25 masterwork wooden longswords (Diplomacy: +23). He then goes to a hiring/staffing/hireling agency to hire a cook and housekeeper (both usually 3g/month, but our economy is different from the books). He doesn't diplomacize for a lower price on them because they would be more faithful servants with good pay. He tells the housekeeper where the guild is and to make him/herself at home in the servant's quarters. He takes the cook to a foodservice agency/farm to set up food delivery. He barters for lowest cost of good food (Diplomacy +23). After he's done, he buys a sledgehammer and goes back to the guild to start breaking up the stones Layla made into various weights and sizes.

Elliott pays out 325 gold for each sword equalling a total of 8,125 gold. the two servants cost 6/gold a month, a steady supply of food will cost 2,000/month.

After the stones are crushed/formed, if no students have showed up, Elliott goes to the arena, challenges a master gladiator to increase his prestige in the arena, and reads his book until the fight comes up.

After about 20 minutes a man wearing a white robe with blue trim waits in the arena for you when you walk into the arena more copies of himself begin to walk out of the same area until there are six of him standing in different places about 10 feet away from each other.

Elliott has both swords drawn when he enters the arena. He sizes up his opponent and waits to get information from the announcer. Obviously a magical opponent.

Elliott approaches the group of Mysterios quickly ready to hit as many as possible until he found the real one while also closing distance so he had minimal vulnerability.

Mysterio reaches out his hands to the swords and pulls them to him. Then he lands and points the swords at you. "alright Elliott, let's see what you're made of."
