(Tough break for Carly)

Elliott is unsure whether he could hurt a monster made of smoke, but if it was dense enough smoke it was worth a shot. He wonders if he killed Barris if the magic that created the creature would dissipate, but rates that as plan B in his head as he charges the monster with his swords.

The swords pass through the cloud monster with no real effect. But the electricity coming off of the swords spread throughout the creature. It makes no real noise of pain but there is a sound similar to very tiny explosions happening all around you and the monster combusts into flames. It swings wildly at you three times.

Carly rushes at the monster with her great-axe swinging at the now fire monster. All of her attacks go through it and deal no damage

Elliott initiates Time Stands Still and hits Smokey with a mad flurry of slashes. Elliott shouts out, "Barris, how do we kill it?" Elliott supposed asking that question was acceptable. 'If he doesn't help, he's dead next,' He thinks to himself. Elliott searches for the rock the smoke came from, if he finds it, he aims his blows for it until he hits it once. If he's too far away, he uses quicksilver motion to get closer and hit it.

(look at this way, there is so much maths there that I'm not going to double check.)

There isn't a stone anywhere in sight, Barris stays in his fetal position and yells back to you. "How should I know, I don't even know why it's here!" He rolls over on too his back and reaches for a potion on his belt. Flamey punches at Elliott three more times. Carly retaliates and tries to hit Flamey but her attacks still go through him.

Elliott shouts again, "Your magic rock exploded, that's why!" He uses Quicksilver Motion to flank the flame elemental/golem/alchemical monster with Carly with a tumble check to avoid attack of opportunity. He uses his last Time Stands Still maneuver to shock it again with his swords. (Could this count as a strong wind and blow it away please? Very Happy
